Cameron Harper gives motivational talk to Year 11 students

On Tuesday 29th January our Year 11 students welcomed Cameron Parker into the Academy. Cameron is an elite motivational speaker working in schools, prisons and within local industry. He delivered an assembly to the year group followed by break out sessions where students were encouraged to think about their long term goals and what needed to happen now, in the run up to their exams, in order to achieve their future aspirations. Students were a credit to the Academy in terms of their engagement and maturity and there were heartfelt thanks in abundance at the end of sessions. Cameron continues to engage with students nationally on social media, so please encourage your child to follow him for some more inspiration.
