COVID-19 Vaccination for 12-15 year olds

Following the recommendation by the Government, the School-aged immunisation team will be visiting Castle View Academy on Wednesday, 15th
December 2021. The vaccination is for all students who may have missed or changed their minds, to offer a single 1st dose of the covid-19 vaccine.
Anyone aged 12 to 15 years old is eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine.
If you would like your child to receive the vaccine please ask your child to collect a consent form from reception and return the form by Monday, 13th December.
