Second COVID-19 Vaccination for 12-15 year olds

The School-aged immunisation team will be visiting Castle View Academy on Wednesday, 24th March 2022, to offer all students in years 8-11 a 2nd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. No vaccines will be administered without valid consent.
If you would like your child to receive their 2nd vaccine please collect a Parent Pack (including consent form) from reception and return by Tuesday, 23rd March.
