Year 9 Vaccinations

Please see attached information about the Meningitis ACWY and Tetanus, Diphtheria and Polio vaccinations which are being offered to our students in Year 9 on 1^st March 2022.  This will be the fifth (2nd booster) and final vaccination following the Pre-school Booster (1st booster) for Tetanus, Diphtheria and Polio which completes the course. Attached information booklet and poster provide further information for your attention.

If you wish for your child to receive this booster, please complete the e-consent form by no later than 24^th February by clicking on the link and following the instructions in the Consent Form Letter attached.
