Year 5 Festival Day returns to CVA!

Here at Castle View Academy, we understand that transitioning from primary school to secondary school can be quite daunting and stressful, and while a lot of students are excited about the move, many feel anxious and worried about what to expect. For this reason, we are excited to announce that we will once again host our annual Year 5 Taster Day on Monday, 11th July here at Castle View Academy.
If your child is in Year 5 and attending a primary school which is local to Castle View Academy, they are invited to join us! The day will be packed with pirate themed activities from flag making and sea shanties to treasure hunts and learning about famous pirates. It's a day not to be missed!
Who: Year 5 pupils from local primary schools
When: Monday, 11th July at 9:30 am to 2:00 pm with Principal's Address & parent pick up: 2:00 - 2:30 pm
Dress code: Pirate theme (with trainers)
Lunch: Not provided – please bring a packed lunch
Cost: Free
Please inform your child’s school by Friday, 27th May 2022 if you are interested in your child attending.
