Castle View Academy is a friendly and determined school at the heart of its community, using excellence in all we do to bring out the best in everyone and give every student the best chance to succeed. We serve the needs of 600 students, their families and the local community and we are a successful, vibrant, welcoming and inclusive 11-16 academy.

We provide an education with character, encompassing our core values which are central to our decision-making. We ensure that these values run through our policies, appointments and all our interactions with students, parents, staff and the community.

We aim to provide a better standard of education that sees each and every student outperform expectations in terms of their achievements in the classroom and aim to provide an environment which is inspiring and aspirational. This is encapsulated in our mission to bring out ‘the best in everyone’.

If you are an external provider (college/apprenticeship/university or employer) who would like to partner with the academy, please click here.

You are invited to see the school in action any day of the school week between 10:00 - 15:00, term time.  We are happy to show you around Castle View Academy to meet students and staff, so book a visit by contacting us and we will arrange for someone to show you around.
