KS3 Nasal Flu Vaccinations

The School Aged Immunisation Service will be offering Nasal Flu Vaccinations to Year 7,8 and 9 students on Monday, 12th December.
If you wish for your child to receive the vaccination, please complete the e-consent form by Wednesday, 7th December by clicking on the link below and following the instructions.

- Click START you will then be asked for the Unique School LEA Code which is: 145372
- Once you have opened the form, you will be given the option to have a nasal spray or injection. Please select the nasal spray vaccination unless your child is unable to have this due to Medical or Religious reasons. The nasal spray contains porcine gelatine which acts as a stabiliser.
